New PSCOC Policy Approved – July 31, 2025

The Public School Capital Outlay Council (PSCOC) has approved a new policy aimed at enhancing consistency, transparency, and support for districts that currently hold an award from the Council.

This policy outlines:

  • Clear guidelines for submitting requests related to awarded projects
  • Defined parameters to assist PSFA staff in making equitable recommendations
  • A firm submission deadline for districts to ensure timely review and processing

Districts with active awards are encouraged to review the policy in full to understand how it may impact current and future project requests.
